I am currently the Wellness Specialist at Menninger Clinic. I founded Jennyoga Studios and Breathe the Cure, a Texas 501(c) 3 and the Texas Yoga Conference and Association.  After graduating in 1999 with honors from the University of Houston with a double degree - B.S. Psychology / B.A Journalism - I later graduated from Sofia University’s Institute of Transpersonal Psychology (ITP) in Palo Alto, CA in 2010, and hold a Masters in Transpersonal Psychology. I am currently seeking a PhD in Transpersonal Psychology with a concentration in Cognitive Neuroscience.  I was also awarded a Doctor of Divinity Degree from Spiritis in 2005 and completed a one-year program in 2014 at Rice University studying Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership.Since 1992, I have studied Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Anusara, Forrest and Ayurveda + South Indian marital arts yoga with Swami Vidyadhishananda Giri, David Williams, Robert Boustany, Jonny Kest, Shiva Rea, John Friend, Ana Forrest and Scott Blossom respectfully.I teach three undergraduate LPAP courses on campus at Rice University, two psychology courses at College of Healthcare Professions, and two online courses in Neurobiology/Psych and Biomechanics for graduate students in design at Boston Architectural College.
